Directors of PKMPL

Mr. Santosh Marathe (Co-Founder)

Post Graduate in Management having experience of over 33 years in the manufacturing, construction and Information Technology industry. He has gained expert domain knowledge about requirements of compliance issues relating to security of spreadsheet data and work process. Also has domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.

Ms. Sangeeta Mulabagal (Co-Founder)

Has over 14 years of experience in industrial manufacturing industry and 11 years in operations and marketing in the Information Technology industry. Her knowledge in the Boardwalk Technology and her perseverance in marketing has resulted in winning large enterprise contracts and maintain excellent customer relations.

Mr. Ujwal Marathe

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, a Certified Financial Planner CMand also holds a Diploma in Information systems Audit (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 33 years of post- qualification experience in industry in fields such as financial management, information systems, cyber laws, taxation, personal finance and portfolio management.

Mr. Sunil Attarde – Director Operations

Sunil is post graduate from IIT Kanpur and has overall experience of 28 years. In his earlier positions held at Polaris, Patni and Tata Unisys Ltd, Sunil has worked on multiple industry verticals such as Manufacturing & Distribution, Medical Electronics, ITES, ISV (Outsourced Product Development) and Banking. His major expertise area is in Operational excellence, Project Processes & methodologies, Software Product Engineering, set up and Management of Offshore Development Centers for customers in industry verticals such as Manufacturing (MRP II), Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and software products for Medical Electronics industry.

In past, Sunil has also managed a captive unit at Pune for USA based software ISV (MRPII product company) – INTRIX SYSTEMS GROUP INC (Sacramento, CA).

Mr. Ashok Kothary

A Fellow Chartered Accountant having more than 40 years of experience as a Practicing Chartered Accountant and has been involved in a spectrum of professional servicesincluding diverse consultancy projects, joint ventures and collaborations. He is also on the Board of a number of companies.
